AI task manager
A task manager your AI can actually use.
dododonedone is a fast to-do list with its own MCP server. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and your assistant works in the same list you do, with the same tools.
Ask it like you'd ask a colleague
A few things people ask their assistant to do in dododonedone.
- What's due this week, and what can wait?
- Turn these meeting notes into tasks in #Launch, due Friday.
- Move everything overdue to tomorrow morning.
- Remind me to call the plumber tomorrow at 9.
- Show me every p1 task across my projects.
- What did I get done this week?
- Add mcp.dododonedone.com as a connector in claude.ai, ChatGPT or Cursor, or with one command in Claude Code
- Sign in to dododonedone and approve the connection on a consent screen (OAuth 2.1)
- Each connection works in the one workspace you pick and can be revoked in Settings
- Your assistant uses the same operations as the app, so its changes show up on your phone within a second
What your assistant can do
The same tools you have, not a read-only peek.
- Find tasks by project, label, date, priority or any filter
- Add tasks with natural-language dates, up to 50 at a time
- Reschedule, move, complete and reopen tasks
- Add projects, sections, labels, filters, comments and reminders
- Look back at what got done and what changed
- Run a daily review or a week's planning with the built-in prompts
You stay in charge
An assistant is fast. These keep it careful.
- Every change goes through the same rules as yours: roles and project access are checked first
- The daily review proposes changes and makes them once you say yes
- Deleted tasks go to the trash, and your assistant can bring them back
- The app keeps working offline; what your assistant changed is there when you're back
Questions
Which AI tools work with it?
Any MCP client that can sign in with OAuth. The docs walk through claude.ai and Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Cursor.
Does it cost extra?
No. The MCP server is part of every plan and of the 14-day trial.
Can my AI see all my workspaces?
No. A connection works in the one workspace you pick when you connect, and you can revoke it in Settings at any time.
I use Todoist. Can't I use its MCP server?
You can: Todoist has an official MCP server too. Our Todoist MCP page compares the two honestly.
Do I need the app open?
No. Your assistant talks to our server, and the app on your phone or computer picks the changes up the next time it syncs.
