Terms of service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Uneven Bits ApS, Denmark (CVR 30487842), about your use of dododonedone: the app, the API, the MCP server and this website. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
dododonedone is a task manager with projects, tasks, reminders, filters, teams and an MCP server for AI clients. We improve it continuously, which means features can change. We will not remove a core feature you pay for without telling you first.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- A workspace is the unit we bill. The owner of a team workspace is responsible for who they invite and which roles they give.
- You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
3. Trial, plans and payment
- Every workspace starts with a 14-day trial of the full product. No card is needed to start it.
- After the trial you can choose Personal (one member) or Team (per seat, the owner counts as one), billed monthly or yearly in USD, EUR or DKK.
- Payment is taken by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- Members added to a team mid-period are charged pro rata. A removed member frees the seat at the end of the period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days of notice. A change applies from your next renewal.
4. When a trial or subscription ends
The workspace becomes read-only: everything stays visible and keeps syncing, but nothing new can be written through the app, the API or the MCP server. Export always works. We do not delete your data because a subscription ended while your account exists.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part periods, except where the law requires it. [Klaus: decide how the 14-day EU right of withdrawal for consumers is handled.]
6. Your content
Your tasks, comments and files are yours. You give us the permission we need to store, sync, back up and display them to the people you share them with, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to put content in the service.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything illegal, or to store or share content that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security or the rate limits of the service.
- Do not resell the service without an agreement with us.
8. AI clients
When you connect an AI client over MCP, you authorise it to act in the workspace you chose, within the scopes you granted. Its actions count as yours. We are not responsible for what a third-party AI client does or for how its provider handles your data. You can revoke a connection at any time.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, with nightly backups. The apps keep working offline when the servers cannot be reached. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
10. Liability
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data that could have been exported. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you the chance to export your data.
12. Changes to these terms
We will email account holders about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
13. Law and disputes
Danish law applies, and disputes go to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
