Feedback boards
Hear what your users want. Tell them when it ships.
A free board where the people who use your product post ideas and bug reports and vote on what matters. On a plan, every post lands in your task list, and finishing the task tells everyone who asked.
How it works
Three steps, and your users have a place to talk to you
- 1
Name your board
Pick an address like yourapp.dododonedone.com. Put the link in your app, your help pages or your footer.
- 2
Your users post and vote
Ideas and bug reports, with votes that show what matters most. They confirm their email address with one click: no account, no password.
- 3
You work it like a list
Set a status, reply, merge duplicates. Everyone who voted or commented hears when something is planned, started or done.
The part other boards leave out
Every post is a task. Done means done.
On a plan, posts land in a project in your dododonedone task list, on every device, offline too. Complete the task and the post is marked done, and everyone who asked for it gets an email.
Made for people who build in public
Ideas and bug reports
Take both, or just one. A bug report asks what happened and what was expected, so you get something you can act on.
A roadmap that writes itself
Planned, in progress and recently done, from the statuses you already set. Nothing extra to keep up to date.
Ask your AI what matters
Over MCP, Claude and other assistants read every board you run: "What are the five most wanted things across my products?"
One place for all your products
On a plan, run a board for every product you have. Each one gets its own address and its own project.
Calm for your users
No account and no password. One email link, and they can post, vote and follow. English or Danish, per board.
Spam stays out
Email confirmation, limits per person, a hidden trap for bots, review before posts go up if you want it, and a report link on everything.
Free to start. More when you need it.

Questions
Is the board really free?
Yes. One board stays free, also after the 14-day trial of the task manager ends. A plan adds more boards and turns posts into tasks.
Do my users need an account?
No. They give their email address once and confirm it with a link. Their name is optional and is shown with what they post; their email address is not.
Who sees my users' email addresses?
You and your team, so you can follow up on a bug report. Our terms let you use them for that and never for marketing.
What does the address look like?
yourapp.dododonedone.com, with the name you choose. The first to take a name keeps it.
What about spam and abuse?
Posts go up only after an email confirmation, there are limits per person and per network, and you can review new posts before anyone sees them. Anyone can report a post to us.
Which languages?
Each board is in English or Danish: its pages and the emails it sends.
Your board is one name away.
Free for one board, with dododonedone's task manager to try for 14 days.
