Feedback boards
A public page where the people who use your product post ideas and bug reports, vote and follow them. Here is how it works from your side.
Set one up
- In the web app, open Feedback boards in the sidebar and choose New board.
- Give it a name and an address: yourapp.dododonedone.com. The address is yours once you take it.
- Choose its language (English or Danish), whether it takes ideas, bug reports or both, and a line about it.
- Share the link: in your app's menu, your help pages, your footer or your release notes.
Posts, votes and comments
- Anyone can read the board. To post, vote or comment, people give their email address once and confirm it with a link; they need no account.
- Their name is optional and is shown with what they post. Their email address is never shown on the board; you and your team see it.
- The author, everyone who voted and everyone who commented follow a post, and each email they get has a link to stop them.
Statuses and the emails they send
- A post is open, planned, in progress, done or closed. Changing it to planned, in progress, done or closed emails the post's followers, with a note from you if you add one.
- Your reply on a post is shown as the team's and goes to its followers by email too.
- The roadmap page shows what is planned, in progress and recently done, from these statuses.
Posts as tasks
- On a plan, a board has a project in your workspace. New posts become tasks there, or only when you choose Add to tasks: a board setting.
- Complete the task anywhere, on your phone, on the web or through your AI, and the post is marked done and its followers hear about it.
- Mark the post done on the board and its task is completed. Open the task again and the post goes back to where it was, without an email.
Your AI and your boards
- Connect dododonedone to Claude or another assistant over MCP, and it can read every board in the workspace, set statuses, reply, merge duplicates and turn posts into tasks.
- Ask it things like: what are the most wanted ideas across my boards, which bug reports came in this week, and draft replies to the five newest posts.
Moderation
- Turn on Review new posts first, and nothing goes up until you approve it.
- Hide a post or a comment, delete it, or merge a duplicate into the post it repeats: its votes and followers move over.
- Every post and comment has a Report link. Reports reach us, and you see them on your board too. We decide on removals and tell the author why.
Free and paid
- One board is free for every workspace, also after the 14-day trial ends.
- A plan gives you as many boards as you like, posts as tasks, your boards over MCP and the choice to hide the Powered by dododonedone link.
- When a plan ends, the oldest board keeps working. The others stay readable and stop taking new posts until a plan is back.
Your users' data
- Your team may use the email addresses on your board to follow up on what was posted, and never for marketing.
- Anyone signed in on a board can delete their data there: their votes, follows and comments go, and their posts stay without their name.
- The details are in our privacy policy and our terms.
