Delete your account

1. Open Browse, then Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then Email me a link to delete my account.
3. Open the link in the email and confirm. The link works for an hour.

The same on iPhone, iPad and Android.

Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, and we delete it for you.

• Every workspace only you belong to, with its projects, tasks, comments, files and backups. A paid web plan on it ends at once.
• Your sign-in, your devices, your connected AI apps and your notifications.
• In a team workspace you share with others, you leave it: your own loose ends, labels, filters and reminders there are deleted, and tasks assigned to you become unassigned.

• What you added to a shared team workspace (tasks, comments, completed work) stays with the team, without your name or email.
• Our nightly database backups hold a copy until they expire, after 30 days.

• Want a copy? Export your tasks under Settings first.
• If you are the only owner of a team workspace with other members, make someone else an owner first.
• A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play is cancelled there, in your Apple or Google account. Deleting the account can't stop it.
