Shared to-do list
One to-do list. Everyone on it.
Share a project with a link or an email, and the people you add can see it, add tasks and tick them off. They see nothing else, and it costs them nothing.
Sharing takes a link
Open a project, press Share, and send the link or invite people by email.
- Anyone with the link can join; make a new link or turn it off whenever you like
- Or invite people by email, and only they can join
- Everyone can add tasks and tick them off in the same list
- Changes reach everyone's phones and computers within a second
- Each person's copy works offline and catches up when they are back online
Lists worth sharing
A shared list works best when everyone has a reason to open it.
- Groceries and chores for the household
- Packing and bookings for a trip
- The jobs before the club's summer party
- A small project with a client or a freelancer
For a team: a workspace of its own
When a list turns into a team's work, a team workspace adds roles, assignees and a record of who did what.
See the Team plan- Owner, admin, member and guest roles
- Restricted projects: guests see only what they are added to
- Assignees, so every task has a name on it
- Comments with attachments and @mentions
- An activity log per project and per workspace
Your AI can add to it too
Connect Claude or ChatGPT over MCP, and your assistant can add to a shared list like anyone else on it.

- Add the action points from these notes to the launch project.

Questions
Do the people I share with have to pay?
No. Being in a shared project costs them nothing. They need an account to sign in, and they see only the projects you share with them.
How many people can I share with?
A project in a Personal workspace can be shared with up to 25 people. In a Team workspace, members take a seat and guests are free.
What can they see?
Only the projects you share with them. Everything else in your workspace stays private.
Which apps can they use?
The web app in any browser, which installs on computers and phones, and the Android app on Google Play. Everyone's copy works offline.
Can I stop sharing?
Yes. Remove someone from the project, make a new link so the old one stops working, or turn the link off. People can also leave a project themselves.
